Spice Up Your Barbecue Cooking
Barbecues don't have to be boring. Pip new Outdoor Cooking classes will help you make barbecue foods tasty, without spending hours preparing and cooking.
In the friendly atmosphere of my new outdoor cooking area, I will show you how to use rubs and marinades to create delicious seafood, chicken and steak. Or how to spice up your hamburgers with fresh garden herbs, garlic and sweet red onion.
Learn to cook whole fish such as snapper or rainbow trout. Be adventurous and barbecue calamari.
Create a delicious platter of Mediterranean vegetables: marinate, then chargrill eggplant, capsicum and zucchini or asparagus in lemon -- or let me teach you to cook delicious saganaki (pan-fried Greek cheese) on your barbecue.
Barbecues can be expensive, so I will show you how to get the most from yours. After the class, relax in my garden with a glass of wine and enjoy the food that you've prepared.
