Services for People with a Disability

The vast majority of shopping centres, accommodation, attractions and restaurants on the Sunshine Coast have disabled facilities available.

It is recommended that advance advice be given to accommodation providers and local operators about special needs requirements, to ensure the best possible assistance.

The Noosa Shire:
The Noosa Shire has several publications, available online, regarding public venues, attractions and activities suitable for people with mobility issues. Guides cover several areas including Cooroy, Noosa and Noosaville, Pomona, Kin Kin, Couran and Boreen Point, Sunshine and Pergian and Tewantin.
